Job Summary
A 12-month temporary contract position is available for a Temp Associate / Sr Compliance Analyst to initiate, lead and execute compliance related activities across all areas within Supply Chain Management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop an effective compliance framework for Supply Chain departments through policy and procedure development and implementation.
* Act as liaison between Supply Chain departments and onsite quality and regulatory groups to address non-compliance issues.
* Facilitate reviews and revisions of Supply Chain department related SOPs, plans and policies.
* Provide support and information to individual groups and supervisors on document submissions and follow-up.
* Drive proactive compliance environment in Supply Chain teams through self-audits, knowledge transfer and education.
* Complete required documentation ensuring compliance with procedures.
* Work with Subject Matter Experts on investigation scope and business need.
* Complete associated documentation for change controls/investigations.
* Assess impact and obtain review and approval for investigations.
* Ensure timely completion of investigation and resolution of non-conformities.
* Lead/participate in investigation process and write/review investigation reports.
* Implement Corrective & Preventative Actions.
* Identify recurring events and notify management.
* Keep team members informed of assigned work status.
* Manage Change Controls for Supply Chain.
* Develop robust training programs with the team.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or Science background or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2 years of experience in a cGMP environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
