Job Title: Digital Account Executive
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Digital Account Executive to drive recruitment advertising and employer branding solutions across Northern Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage a portfolio of recruitment advertising clients, fostering long-term relationships.
* Identify and secure new business opportunities within the recruitment advertising sector.
* Deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals that meet client needs.
* Proactively identify upselling opportunities and repeat business.
* Utilize CRM systems to manage client interactions, track sales pipelines, and ensure timely follow-up.
* Stay informed on digital media trends and advise clients on best practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Minimum of 2 years experience in a sales role, ideally in digital media, recruitment, or advertising.
* Strong understanding of digital media, recruitment advertising, and social media platforms.
* Full, clean driving license and access to a car (expenses reimbursed).
* Proven ability to engage and influence clients at all levels.
* Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
