A highly skilled Payroll Administrator is required to join a rapidly growing commercial semi-state organisation in Cork City.
The successful candidate will process payroll transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures.
* Reconcile data from MyWork to CorePay on a fortnightly basis to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Manage queries from various stakeholders, including Management, HR/ ER/ C&B, Staff, Pensioners, and external bodies like Revenue and Social Welfare.
* Provide reports relating to payroll and expenses for cashflow forecasting of payments, supporting business decisions with accurate data.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' experience in payroll administration, with a strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations.
* Desirable experience with Oracle & Core HR Systems, showcasing technical expertise and ability to integrate with existing systems.
* Experience working in a business / transactional services environment an advantage, highlighting adaptability and versatility in a dynamic context.
