Purpose of the Role
Support the central sourcing team in achieving our goals through general coordination and support.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Support the pillars of the Sourcing Strategy: Rationalisation, Supplier Performance & COO mix.
* Support the sourcing team to attract, develop and integrate new suppliers and production units for new and existing product categories.
* Arrange and coordinate new supplier inductions to Primark.
* Work with regional sourcing offices to develop and integrate new factories with existing suppliers.
* Organise and schedule supplier meetings, workshops and conferences.
* Support strategic supplier exits in line with industry standards.
* Engage with multiple stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
* Provide ad hoc support for supplier-related queries.
* Attend individual supplier meetings.
* Build and maintain relationships with Buying, Sourcing Teams and Suppliers.

* Strong Excel proficiency and data analytics skills.
