Due to an internal promotion, our client who both manufactures and distributes materials globally, is seeking an Order Management Administrator to join their busy team in Mallow.
1. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who wishes to build upon their Supply Chain and Sales experience in a fast paced environment.
2. This is a permanent position offering a salary of €26,-€30, depending on experience.
3. There is also a € every month to cover fuel costs (totalling € per year)
Key responsibilities:
4. Management of customer and supplier relationships, Purchase Orders, quotations, costings and orders.
5. Engage with old, existing and new customers to drive sales
6. Manage stock levels through accurate data input and weekly reporting
7. Ensure customers are adhering to the credit policy and highlight any potential credit risks in a timely manner
The successful candidate:
8. Previous experience in a busy Administration position.
9. Experience in a Logistics/Supply Chain or Sales environment is a bonus, but not an essential requirement
10. Strong relationship building skills
11. IT proficient with intermediate Excel abilities
12. Genuine interest in sales growth
