Key Responsibilities - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage and file H&S documentation.
- Attend H&S meetings and drive improvements.
- Provide guidance on H&S matters to staff and management.
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Investigate accidents and implement corrective actions.
- Manage PPE and organise necessary training.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as needed.
Requirements: - Relevant Health & Safety Qualification/Degree.
- Knowledge of H&S Legislation and Best Practices.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing.
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent communication skills and proactive attitude.
