As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating all building services with other construction activities, from specification and procurement to the installation, testing, and commissioning of services in various commercial, industrial, educational, and healthcare buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure coordination of specifications, service drawings, architectural and structural details with design teams, and subcontractor activities to meet Company standards and project timelines.
* Manage the submission of operational and maintenance manuals, and assist in preparing detailed tender documentation as needed.
Requirements:
Candidates should hold relevant third-level qualifications and possess at least three years of experience gained either with a building contractor or in a field with transferable skills. Proficiency in relevant IT systems, including AutoCAD, is required, along with excellent teamwork, organizational, and communication skills.
