We are seeking anAccounts Administrator to join our team in Midleton to provide maternity leave cover. This temporary position will commence in June 2025. What are we offering? A good remuneration package including discounted employee bin service. Fixed-Term Contract (Maternity Cover) (Duration: Approx. 12 Month Contract) Monday to Friday working week. Free parking What does the job entail? Maintain and update the status of accounts receivables and payables. Take inbound/outbound, customer service calls/emails Relater to a wide variety of inquiries including service changes, billing, cancellations, missed bins Reconcile all bank accounts and resolve all issues in processing the financial statements Communicate with the transportation managers regarding any service changes Maintain an efficient and positive relationship with commercial/ domestic customers Responsible to receive and verify bills and requisitions for goods and services. Assist audit activities Prepare, send and store the record of invoices on time. Contact clients to update them about balance payments, collection changes. Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets. Process general administration functions Participate in weekly update meetings with COO What are we looking for? Minimum 2 years previous experience in similar role Working knowledge of the following programmes is an advantage; TRAX, Sage and WIS Advanced knowledge of MS office Strong verbal and written communication skills Good organizational and time management abilities Strong decision-making skills and problem-solving skills Ability to handle confidential information Trustworthy, respectful, honest and flexible Salary: €35,000/ annum pro rata Annual leave: 20 days pro rata Hours of Work: 37.5 hours/ week To process an application for a role with Wiser Ltd, we need to process personal data about you.
