Are you ready for a Head of IT new Role? Our client is seeking a senior leader to lead 10 plus senior team members, managing a high-performing team.Key Responsibilities:Manage the IT department, providing an excellent level of service to the organization in line with business needs and industry best practice.Successfully manage and lead a team of 10+ skilled IT professionals including various team leads.Responsible for controlling a multifunctional IT department making decisions on day-to-day and long-term business objectives.Report to senior management and communicate with business stakeholders on all IT matters.Continually liaise with other departments in the organization to assess their IT needs and devise solutions that best address those needs.Plan the implementation of new solutions and provide guidance to the IT team and managed service partners and other staff within the organization.Responsible for the integration and smooth running of the company Website – ERP – WMS systems.Manage all elements of ICT service delivery ensuring the availability of a fully functional, reliable and secure ICT environment.Requirements:Proven IT Management experience including 10+ years IT experience, with strong emphasis on people management, providing an excellent and proactive level of service to the business.Knowledge of the Insurance industry or Financial Services sector a distinct advantage.Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, enhance, support and develop an IT team of 10+ staff.Strong stakeholder & communication management and the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously whilst maintaining expected levels of quality.Project Management skills and experience in using structured project management frameworks with demonstrated successful project delivery.On Offer:A competitive salary €100,000 (max) with a generous bonus (up to 20%), private healthcare, life assurance, income protection insurance, and a rewarding pension, flexible working, and the chance to make an impact at a Senior level.
