Customer Service Representative (Bilingual-Spanish & Portuguese) – Vision Care Sector
Location: Liffey Valley, Dublin 22, Dublin West
Salary: €16.41 per hour | 37.5 hours per week | Approx. €32, per year (before tax)
Contract: Fixed-term with Cpl – strong potential for extension
Hours: Monday to Friday | Regular office hours- Hybrid- 3 days in the office
Languages: Spanish & Portuguese with English

Your Role & Impact
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the key point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless order process from start to finish. You'll manage daily orders, resolve queries, and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a friendly, multicultural environment .
Your responsibilities
Order Management
1. Process and manage customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
2. Handle inquiries on stock, deliveries, invoices, and order status
3. Ensure timely reporting in line with business requirements
4. Manage returns and product information requests
Customer Engagement & Loyalty
5. Build strong relationships with both internal and external contacts
6. Show empathy and ownership in resolving queries and concerns
Your Skills & Experience
Must-Haves:
7. Native or near-native proficiency in Spanish AND Portuguese and advanced English (C1/C2)
8. Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office
9. Experience in customer support or order entry, OR a strong motivation to work in this field
