Senior HR Manager Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior HR Manager to join our client's leadership team in their Tipperary HQ.
The Job:
* Cover a broad range of HR duties including employee engagement, process design, recruitment, training, and change management.
* Report directly to the CEO and work closely with other senior leaders.
* Oversee HR budgets and projects, driving HR change throughout the group.
Your Skills and Experience:
* 3rd level degree qualified in HR, business studies, or a related discipline.
* 4-5+ years of experience in a HR Manager or senior HR level BP/Generalist role.
* Excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft applications like Excel.
* Strong attention to detail, interpersonal, and project management skills.
