Job Description
Main Responsibilities
* Lead and manage site operations, ensuring high-quality work is carried out efficiently and safely.
* Manage site staff and sub-contractors, coordinating their efforts to meet project timelines.
* Work with the design team to deliver best-value solutions while managing program expectations.
* Maintain quality and customer expectations, ensuring all works comply with building regulations and standards.
* Provide regular reporting to senior management on projects, including progress, health and safety, quality, and budget.
Key Skills and Abilities
* Competence in construction site operations management principles and techniques.
* Excellent organisational and delegating abilities.
* Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including maps, sketches, drawings, specifications, and manuals.
* Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and ability to maintain a safe working environment.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
