Our Business Specialisation
We specialise in Power Generation & Utilities, where we integrate technology, experience and people to deliver large scale Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) solutions, industrial Combined Heat & Power (CHP) with Island mode and critical service standby diesel generators.
We provide feasibility studies and system design for embedded generation projects, including solar panels, wind turbines and battery storage. Our fully versatile and robust solutions cover Balance of Plant (BOP) operations and Electrical Protection Systems.
Your Role
As a graduate, you will be placed in projects where you can do meaningful work and contribute to the business. You will have the opportunity to develop new skills and build on existing ones over a two-year period.
Projects may include HV/MV electrical design, power generation, PLC and SCADA automation, control logic programming, control panel hardware design and site testing & commissioning.
You will use state-of-the-art engineering software for control and protection design and substation layouts, as well as leading-edge power system modelling software for steady state and transient electrical studies.
Generating technical documentation and dealing with customers is also key to our graduate programme, helping to develop your soft skills. You may travel to customer sites for installation, testing and commissioning.
