Transformation Programme Lead
We are seeking a skilled Change Manager to lead a high-profile transformation programme.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement change management strategies.
* Engage and align with internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Manage the people side of technology delivery, including training and support.
* Drive programme execution, achieving milestones on time.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in large-scale transformation programmes.
* Expertise in change management methodologies (e.g. PROSCI, ADKAR).
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience in PMO or structured project environments.
This contract will involve leading a 12-month transformation programme, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation programmes, with expertise in change management methodologies and strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
In return for your expertise, you can expect a competitive daily rate ranging from €600 - €650 depending on experience.
