About The Opportunity Jacobs, a leading consultancy firm in Ireland's infrastructure sector, is seeking a talented [Principal] Land Officer to join our team in Dublin.
This role offers the opportunity to work on unique and exciting projects while contributing to our reputation for excellence and client satisfaction.
As the Geospatial Land Officer, you will play a crucial role in expanding our Land & Property Team expertise within the UK & Europe, Land and Property Team.
You will be responsible for organising and specifying land & property needs, maintaining client communications, and validating existing land and property data.
BusConnects is a strategic national-level intervention for Ireland that will enhance sustainable transportation and the environment by upgrading walking, cycling and bus infrastructure in Dublin, Cork, Limerick, Galway, and Waterford.
We have been appointed by the National Transport Authority (NTA) as their Client Partner to deliver Dublin's BusConnects infrastructure.
This will include providing programme management and multi-disciplinary expertise over a 10-year programme to deliver 12 schemes comprising 230 kilometres of continuous bus priority corridors and 200 kilometres of cycle paths and improved pedestrian facilities from procurement through to handover of this new infrastructure.
The role would suit someone from a civil engineering background with specific experience on highways/roads.
