Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
* Create daily production schedules to ensure timely delivery.
* Oversee deadlines and optimize scheduling efficiency with CTB utilization.
* Liaise with the Material Account Manager and Program Teams on demand management.
* Work closely with production personnel on accountability and productivity issues.
* Develop strategies for efficient transaction of process with production personnel to prevent downtime.
* Ensure smooth transaction of manufacturing process to raw materials.
* Plan effective capacity & equipment utilization with operational teams.
* Collaborate with operations to maintain smooth flow from raw material to final goods stage.
* Provide training to staff members as required.
* Report key metrics as necessary.
Requirements:
* Engineering background with experience in demanding environments.
* At least 2 years' experience in project planning/scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Experience with ERP systems, particularly Infor LN.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to manage complex projects and stakeholders.
* Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
