Job Description
Duties and responsibilities:
1. Service Support:
2. Generate and provide customers with sales quotations for parts and consumables.
3. Liaise with service engineers to obtain all relevant information to generate sales quotations, where necessary.
4. Follow up sales quotations within agreed timescales.
5. Take full responsibility for closing out sales quotations on the internal system.
6. Identify where sales may be falling short and liaise with customers on this.
7. Follow up with customers after breakdown visits have been completed.
8. Generate quotations, liaise with clients, process and order equipment, prepare documents for engineers' visits, conduct site visits where necessary, post-sale follow-up with clients, and generate case studies.
9. Report weekly sales information to Service Director / Head of Internal Service Business.
10. Assist other team members where necessary.
1. Administration Duties:
2. Carry out administrative duties to support the efficient and effective operation of the service function as required.
3. Assist the Service Business Manager / Service Business Team Lead with the day-to-day running of the Service Department.
4. Participate in Company Stock Checks as required.
1. Ad Hoc Duties:
2. Assist other department Managers as required with administration and ad-hoc tasks.
3. Provide back-up support and cover within the service department during periods of absence.
4. Generate Purchase Orders for Sub Contractor Labour.
5. Cover reception and phones as required.
6. Any other Ad Hoc duties as required.
Qualifications
* Team player.
* Experience in Contracts Administration.
