About the Role
We’re currently seeking a Product Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that position Xtremepush as a leader in omnichannel engagement, CDP, and gamification solutions for the iGaming sector. You will bridge the gap between product, sales, and marketing by crafting compelling messaging, driving go-to-market strategies, and equipping sales teams with impactful tools and insights.
As a key player in our team, you’ll focus on creating impactful content that resonates across all channels, fuelling demand generation and showcasing the power of our technology.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and refine product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
* Create high-quality, engaging content, including whitepapers, blogs, case studies, videos, and webinars, to support product marketing initiatives.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
* Collaborate with product teams to translate technical features into customer-centric benefits and impactful content.
* Drive go-to-market strategies for new product launches and updates, ensuring alignment across sales, product, and marketing teams.
* Develop and manage sales enablement materials, including presentations, competitive analyses, and content aligned with the sales journey.
* Partner with demand generation teams to create campaigns and content that support lead generation and pipeline growth.
* Act as a subject matter expert and advocate for Xtremepush’s products in the iGaming sector.
* Manage client communications through regular Product Newsletters and other channels.
Your Experience and Qualifications
* Proven experience in product marketing (2–3 years), preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology-driven environment.
* Experience within the iGaming industry or a strong understanding of the iGaming sector is highly desirable.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to create engaging, high-quality content for various formats (whitepapers, blogs, videos, webinars, etc.).
* Strong market research and analytical skills to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
* Ability to translate complex technical features into customer-centric benefits and impactful messaging.
* Proficiency in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for product launches and updates.
* Experience in creating and managing sales enablement materials, such as presentations, competitive analyses, and content aligned with the sales journey.
* Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams.
* Project management skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM/CDP platforms, and/or gamification solutions is a plus.
Location
This is a hybrid role based in Dublin, London or Milton Keynes.
