Administrative Assistant | Dublin (Hybrid – 2 days per week) | Contract Role | Initial 6 Month
Experis have partnered with a global tech client in Dublin looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant.
Our client is looking for an immediate starter who is experienced, energetic, and a friendly Business Administrator to join their growing engineering and program management team based in Dublin.
The ideal candidate is someone who can navigate new challenges with confidence, change direction quickly, and respond with a calm sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
This position requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to self-direct, and a passion for making organizations better through initiative, collaboration, and commitment.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. They will be able to manage ambiguity, maintain professional and positive interactions with others and be able to establish professional relationships and credibility with all internal and external contacts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Calendar Management.
* Consistently demonstrate a can-do customer service attitude.
* Arrange domestic and international travel.
* Maintain a level of leadership and professionalism that exemplifies our clients values through Respect, Integrity, and Accountability.
* Ensuring awareness and compliance with administrative operations policies and procedures.
* Build and maintain good business relationships with partners and staff both internally and externally.
* Partner with support staff across the organization to ensure consistent experiences.
* Other projects as requested by executive and business teams.
* Coordinate catering, venue selection, and logistics for internal events, off sites, morale events, team all hands meetings, and celebration events.
* Space management and facilities requested.
* Maintain relevant security grips and distribution lists.
* Manage expense and budget reports for team and manager.
* Procurement of office supplies and equipment for team and new hires.
* Headcount management and new employee onboarding.
Key Experience Required:
* Previous experience in a similar administration role.
* Positive and impactful personality to join a fast paced and productive team.
* Ability to work from home and the office.
* Demonstrated strong capability in verbal and written communications skills.
* Excellent customer service and strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to deal with ambiguity, navigate uncertain situations, and drive for clarity.
* Relationship building skills, business maturity, high degree of self-confidence.
* Demonstrated skill of shifting approach in response to the demands of a changing situation.
* Ability to prioritize multiple projects and problem-solving skills and following through on issues in a timely manner.
* Proficiency with Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams. Excellent skills in all aspects of planning, collaboration, communication, analytical capabilities and high level of attention to detail for a changing situation.
* Bachelor’s Degree.
