Job Title: Life & Pensions Client Services Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to manage client relationships, ensure seamless service delivery, and support the business in delivering top-tier financial advisory services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support Senior Financial Advisor with annual review process of existing clients and ongoing regulatory requirements.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients for high satisfaction and retention.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and advice for clients.
* Contribute to process improvements and compliance requirements.
* Support managing high intent new enquiries for pensions and investments.
* Ensure accurate, compliant, and up-to-date client documentation.
* Suggest and implement ideas for business development and client-service initiatives.
Qualifications:
* Over 3 years experience in Life & Pensions industry or related field.
* Full QFA designation is required.
* Additional industry qualifications like RPA or CFP are highly regarded.
