Job Summary
The ideal candidate will provide technical support for the manufacturing and testing of medical device instrumentation in a low-volume, high-complexity, and regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver technical solutions to enhance product reliability and process capability.
* Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing operations, quality, procurement, and logistics teams to deliver product and supply base improvements that meet business needs.
* Support new product introductions and engineering design change activities within a dynamic engineering change environment.

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in engineering (QQI level 8) with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience. Consideration may also be given to individuals with alternative degrees if balanced by relevant technical experience.
* Structured analysis skills with experience in complex technical troubleshooting.
* Strong manufacturing, mechanical, electromechanical, and systems design skillset.
* Experience with test method characterization and test method validation, supported by statistical knowledge.
