Our Client, a leading Construction Consultancy firm is currently seeking to hire an Associate level PM to join their team in Dublin leading a portfolio of projects for leading Clients.
Typical duties and responsibilities are listed as follows:-
6. Manage portfolio of projects for key private and/or public sector Clients.
7. Lead high profile national and international projects.
8. Manage the Project Management Team in the delivery of projects at various stages of completion (design, planning, construction, commissioning, and handover).
9. Coordinate, chair, and minute project team meetings for multiple projects.
10. Prepare Project Management deliverables including Project Management Plans, programmes etc.
11. Provide initial programme, project briefs and cost advice to assist the Client with decision making.
12. Coordinate project stakeholders including Design Team, Contractors, Funders etc.
13. Travel to Client sites to meet key stakeholders and monitor progress for various projects.
14. Compile reports for our clients ensuring all information is captured and presented in a clear and professional format.
15. Support and manage project managers within the Practice.
The ideal candidate would have the following qualification and traits:-
16. Degree Qualification in Construction, Engineering, Building Surveying or Project Management.
17. At least 10 year’s experience in the construction industry.
18. Solid technical appreciation of construction documentation, financials, and methodologies.
19. Proficient of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
20. Proven experience delivering projects and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
21. Private and Public Sector Client-side experience. Experience of public procurement process is desirable.
22. Solid scheduling experience desirable (Primavera or Microsoft project).
23. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
24. Must exercise confidentiality and discretion.
