As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be working within and promoting the Company Values - Be Brave, Be Wise, Be Proud and Exceed. The Covalen team supports a financial client with their growth in the Irish market. Covalen is growing their team to work in Financial Customer Support. The mission of the team is to provide best-in-class support to customers.
An ideal candidate will be able to multi-task, think on their feet, resolve issues quickly and decisively, deliver on promises, have excellent attention to detail, analyze information and act according to the information presented, and perform under pressure.
Responsibilities:
* Manage inbound and outbound phone calls in an efficient and timely manner, collating information from customers via these telephone calls.
* Receive inbound calls from customers through a virtual call centre, answering various questions.
* Ensure that all customer records are kept up to date in accordance with the relevant CCMA/CPC regulations we adhere to.
* Drive sales to achieve targets.
* Identify, convert, or refer new sales opportunities to meet customer requirements for both Regulated and Non-Regulated products, including cross-selling of relevant products.
Requirements:
* Minimum 9 months experience in a customer-facing role.
* Excellent communication (spoken & written English) and interpersonal skills.
* Eager to learn and grow with Covalen.
* Must be eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland and must be able to pass all background checks.

Location: Henry Street, Limerick, fully onsite.
Contract: Permanent Part-time.
Working Hours: Saturday - Sunday, 9am-5.30pm only. Please note initially there will be full-time training for 9-11 weeks, Mon – Fri 9-5.30 pm.
