Marketing Specialist (18 Month Maternity Leave Contract)
An exciting opportunity has become available to join a dynamic marketing team responsible for promoting motor products and services in Ireland.
This role is designed for someone with a passion for marketing, strong product knowledge, and an ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that support the growth and positioning of financial services products.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Campaign Development & Execution
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote products across various media channels.
- Develop creative and compelling messaging for promotional materials, advertisements, and digital content.
- Manage the content creation process for campaigns, including collaboration with agencies, designers, and internal teams.
- Collaborate with CRM specialists on digital marketing strategies, including SEO, email marketing, and social media.
Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct regular market research to identify customer needs, including customer satisfaction surveys.
- Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to optimize product offerings and marketing strategies.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product performance, making recommendations for improvement.
Customer Engagement & Communication
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, including dealer partners.
- Coordinate and manage customer engagement and communications to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Assist in creating customer-facing content such as brochures, point-of-sale material, and general marketing materials.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure product and marketing strategies align with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with the digital team to enhance online presence and optimize the customer journey.
- Participate in regular meetings and strategic discussions to provide input on marketing, product development, and business growth initiatives.
Key Role Requirements:
- Experience managing external agencies and working on campaigns from initial brief to execution.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Proven track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Salesforce experience advantageous but not essential.
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
