HR Generalist My client is the Irish operation of a global engineering and construction organisation based in Kildare.
They are seeking to hire a HR Generalist who will work with the global team to localise policies in-line with the company's HR strategy.
This role offers the chance to shape HR policies, drive employee engagement, and ensure compliance with Irish employment legislation.
What You'll Do: Develop and maintain HR policies in line with Irish employment law.Stay updated on legislative changes and ensure compliance.Manage employee relations, including disciplinary, grievance, and absence matters.Support performance management and staff reviews.Assess and implement training programs.Foster a positive workplace culture.Oversee payroll, benefits, and HR metrics reporting.Manage the recruitment process, from strategy to onboarding.Prepare contracts of employment and oversee inductions.What We're Looking For: Minimum 3 years' experience in an HR Generalist role, ideally in an engineering/manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.Degree in HR or related field (HR Master's advantageous).CIPD Accreditation preferred.Ready to take the next step in your HR career?
