Key Responsibilities: Support the Hotel Manager and department heads in the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Lead, train, and inspire teams across various departments to uphold the highest standards of hospitality.
Maintain a strong guest-focused approach, ensuring outstanding service and handling guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism.
Monitor budgets, costs, and operational efficiency to maximise revenue and profitability.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Assist in planning and executing events, functions, and special occasions.
Oversee staff scheduling, performance management, and development.
Continuously improve operational processes to enhance guest satisfaction and staff productivity.
Qualifications & Skills: 2+ Years - Proven experience in a managerial role within the Hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury 4/5 star hotel environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Familiarity with hotel management systems (Hotsoft & Volante knowledge is an advantage).
Fluency of English, with excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
