Job Summary:Under the supervision of the EMEA Compensation and Benefits Lead, the Compensation and Benefits Analyst performs support activities in planning, analyzing, developing, redesigning, and implementing policies and programs related to compensation and benefits, for global, regional and/or country specific scope. The role includes participation in benchmarking sessions and surveys to ensure alignment and up-to-date knowledge in compensation and benefits analysis, design and administration.To thrive in this role, you must be comfortable juggling multiple tasks, working across multiple time zones, and be proficient working productively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, while maintaining a great attitude. The desire to learn, constantly improve, and deliver consistent high-quality results is paramount.Key Responsibilities:Support the designing, building and implementation of compensation & benefits programs that meet cross-functional business needs. Participate in industry compensation & benefits surveys to collect and analyze data subsequently establishing the company’s competitive position. Benchmark with other companies’ compensation and benefits practices as the need arises. Support the development of annual pay ranges based on market data, established guidelines, policies, and practices. Pay ranges are intended the support the Company’s ability to attract and retain talent. Contribute to the annual pay planning process by supporting system configuration and testing, communication, and program analytics Formulate recommendations with cost benefit analysis on potential redesign or enhancement in the company’s benefits programs including medical insurance, risk plans. Become a trusted consultant and partner to the HR and Finance organizations and help support the implementation and roll-out of compensation programs and benefit programs. Identify implication of new legislations on compensation and benefits and recommends appropriate course of action. Review and update company’s policies on compensation and benefits. Support benefit programs across EMEA through administration, review and vendor/broker relationships.Qualifications:EDUCATIONBS degree preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business, Human Resources or related fieldEXPERIENCE3 to 5 years working experienceExperience in compensation and benefits, preferably in EMEA COMPETENCIESProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPointWorking knowledge of HR information systems, such as WorkdayAnalytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to keep confidential data and information.Excellent communications skillsProficient in English, other languages a plus#LI-CO1For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
