Property Operations Specialist

The Job:
Reporting to the Manager of Property Operations, the successful candidate will cover a range of duties including:
1. Analysing upcoming property charges/rates coming due.
2. Preparing budgets.
3. Tracking income trends.
4. Investigating banking payments to the group.
5. Resolving queries from internal stakeholders/partners.
6. Acting as a key point of contact for external corporate partners.
In addition to the above, you will also support colleagues and the wider team on the implementation of new business processes, assist on internal/external audits, prepare reports for the management team, and update property listing databases on a regular basis.
Your Skills/Experience that we need:
* 3rd level degree qualified ideally.
* 2-3+ years’ experience in a banking, accounts, or financial administration focused role.
* Experience from the property management, facilities, or real estate sectors would be an advantage.
* Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to multi-task.
* Strong IT skills including high level Excel.
The Offer:
This position is a permanent role with a salary depending on candidate skills and experience but expected to range up to approximately 35-38 with a strong benefits package on top.
Please note this role will be a hybrid mix of 3 days in office and 2 days working from home/remote.
