Job Description
Morgan McKinley is supporting a large ERP transformation project in Cork, seeking an experienced SAP FICO Analyst for an initial 3-month contract
Duties:
1. Act as SME for the successful timely delivery of the project blueprint, ensuring that it meets the requirements of the functional (vertical) FP&A & Sector / Corporate (horizontal) needs.
2. Assess and recommend Volume/Cost of Goods Sold (Cogs) Planning processes
3. Validate the successful build of complex cogs processes e.g. cause of change, cost/foreign exchange (fx) for actual, plan, forecast, and year over year reporting, so that User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for business users is minimised
4. Lead the project execution activities on the FP&A business side to deliver successful build, test, demonstrate, document and train on each sprint
5. Primary Contact for Business Planning teams in centre and plants during this transformational change leveraging excellent communication, stakeholder management & change management skills throughout.
6. Lead the development, test and roll out of planning model reports which meet the project goal of zero touch, visual, relevant in partnership with IT, Cogs, Procurement
7. Identify and Support the Management of Change Impacts
Skills:
8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to relate to and influence co-workers (both financial and non-financial) across various departments and all levels of the organization
9. Excellent systems experience in SAP-FICO, Master data, BPC planning & reporting and the linkages between models
10. Excellent functional knowledge of financial planning models including: Cogs/Volume, Reporting processes in order to fully capture and understand business planning needs
11. Stakeholder management/ability to influence - strong leadership skills to influence a very diverse audience at all levels to ensure project delivery with speed, quality & alignment to the vision
12. Ability to operate autonomously and proactively to deliver the project from start to finish in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and as part of a remote cross functional team
13. Strong project execution skills to capture requirements, build test scripts, test methodically against, lead demo's with key business users throughout each sprint to deliver a high-quality blueprint which meets business expectations & aligns with the vision
