Job Description:
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a key role in the Sales Organization working on a major tech project. In collaboration with your assigned sales team, you will identify, qualify, and nurture cloud computing opportunities. Your role is to generate high-quality pipeline for our Field sellers to meet or exceed their goals. You will gain a deep understanding of our solutions and develop strong qualification and sales skills to build your career in sales.
Responsibilities:
* Generate sales demand with prospects and existing customers via video conference, phone, email, and social selling to identify, qualify, and nurture sales opportunities
* Work collaboratively with Sales teams and support them in reaching targets
* Engage with C-Levels, IT Directors, and decision makers to penetrate strategic accounts with high potential revenue
* Implement solution selling campaigns aligned with customer’s digital transformation needs
* Maintain opportunity hygiene with timely updates in the CRM
* Meet monthly and quarterly metrics: Pipeline Creation, Qualification
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
* Experience in sales development, relationship management, or marketing
* Experience with technology sales and CRM tools
* Performance-oriented with sales/activity targets
* Self-motivated and proactive
Preferred qualifications:
* 2+ years in technology sales with SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS products, with a track record of exceeding goals
* Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment
* Strong relationship-building skills in cross-functional teams
