Responsibilities
As theHR Functional Specialist, you will work with the HR organization,employees, and managersacross a wide variety of HR processes and transactions. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. ProcessHR transactions, logging and closing cases, and ensuring data quality including but not limited to the following:
2. Data management
3. Organization management
4. Compensation administration
5. Recruiting operations
6. Create, update, store relevant employment documentation
7. Conduct data quality reviews, monitor and correct processing errors
8. Provide feedback and information to support high quality information inthe HR Service Center
9. Assist in testing upgrades and new system functionality
10. Answercomplex questions, escalatethose cases that need further support, and provides support to improve information sharing between
Basic Qualifications
11. 3-5years experiencesupporting HR operations or other transactional / operational work
12. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
13. Bilingual /Multilingual (Spanish/English)
Additional Skills/Preferences
14. Specialized knowledge in HR
15. Prior experience working in shared services
16. Prior Workday experience
17. Strong Data Management skills
18. Strong oral and written communication skills
19. Ability to navigate computerized data entry system or other relevant applications
Additional Information
Flexibility in working different shifts (up to 10pm), covering multiple countries and regions, depending on language capability
