Field Area Sales Manager - Galway - Permanent
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers, leading and motivating a team of professional drivers who deliver our products and services in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships
* Promoting and selling our products and services in your territory
* Achieving sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Providing exceptional after-sales service and support
* Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads
* Negotiating contracts and closing deals
* Reporting on sales activities and market trends
* Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
* Leading and motivating a team of drivers to support our sales strategy
* Growing sales through acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones
* Reviewing and managing aged debt reports
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the oil distribution industry or a related field
* Proven track record of achieving sales results and meeting customer expectations
* Ability to lead and inspire a sales team effectively
* Full driving license and willingness to travel within your territory
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Self-motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude
* Strong team player with a customer-focused approach
