The Financial Assistant Role
:
* Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts and financial reports.
* Process all accounts payable invoices on time and in accordance with company policies.
* Evaluate and approve invoices in line with delegated authority and purchase order system.
* Prepare accurate and timely monthly bank reconciliations.
* Collaborate with external auditors to coordinate the annual audit process.
Key Requirements
:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting from a recognized institution.
* Part-qualified ACA or ACCA certification is highly desirable.
* A minimum of three years' experience working in a finance team, preferably in accounts payable/receivable or as an accounts assistant.
* A self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills who can contribute significantly to the role.
