Job Description
The successful candidates will be responsible for providing a superior level of customer service, assisting customers with queries and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for upselling and processing sales for new customers. You will be required to meet daily and weekly KPIs and targets. This is a full-time permanent position, 37.5 hours variable Monday to Friday between 8am and 8pm and Saturday between 9am to 5:30pm based in our customer engagement center in Dundalk, Co.Louth. Full training will be provided.
Core duties:
1. Inbound and outbound customer service-related calls
2. Supporting customers via email, live chat and social media
3. Dealing with queries such as top up, meter queries, app queries, usage queries and registering new customers
4. Making sales to new customers and upselling products to existing customers
5. Building lasting relationships with customers and ensuring customer satisfaction
6. Delivering on your weekly and monthly KPIs as outlined by your manager

16. Starting basic salary of €20,000 with OTE of €23,000 depending on performance
