Requirements
* Hold an APA qualification (essential).
* Have at least 1 year of claims experience (desirable).
* Possess strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
* Exhibit excellent communication and organisational abilities.
* Have knowledge of insurance principles and regulations (an advantage).
