Nationwide Energy Consultants are currently looking to hire a part-time office administrator.
This position offers the successful candidate an opportunity to work as part of a team for a busy office based in the Tullyallen area of Co Louth.
The role will primarily involve:
* General bookkeeping and invoicing.
* Documenting work orders received.
* Keeping track of creditors and debtors.
* Keeping track of staff time sheets.
* General administration duties.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualities:
* Good communication skills.
* Good work ethic & an ability to work on your own initiative.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Ability to work well as part of a team.
* Experience with bookkeeping would be essential.
This role is one half of a job share and there will be approximately 20 hours per week.
The working day would be relatively flexible with start and finish times.
