Responsibilities:
1. Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements to extending job offers.
2. Source, identify, and engage top technical talent through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and industry connections.
3. Develop strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to deeply understand technical requirements and team dynamics.
4. Provide strategic guidance on market trends, talent availability, and industry best practices to drive informed recruitment decisions.
5. Conduct ongoing market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor landscapes, and emerging technologies.
6. Mentor junior recruiters and provide training as needed.
7. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to recruitment activities.
8. Regularly report on recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a technical recruiter with a focus on software engineering, IT, or related technical roles.
3. Strong understanding of current technologies and trends in the tech industry.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with technical professionals.
5. Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring recruitment teams.
6. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
7. Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
