Senior Project Manager – Drive Success in eCommerce at Luzern eCommerce

What You’ll Be Doing
1. Lead and Deliver: Manage multiple complex projects across internal and external stakeholders, ensuring exceptional execution and timely delivery.
2. Define and Plan: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to establish clear project scopes, objectives, and technical feasibility.
3. Team Leadership: Act as the bridge between project teams and management, ensuring effective resource allocation and team alignment.
4. Monitor and Guide: Track project progress, provide strategic guidance, and encourage collaboration to maintain momentum.
5. Risk Management: Identify potential risks across projects and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
6. Cross-Functional Coordination: Drive seamless communication between engineering, sales, account management, operations, customer service, and finance teams.
7. Customer Experience: Manage client expectations meticulously, ensuring high satisfaction while avoiding scope creep.
8. Scalable Processes: Develop and implement scalable project management frameworks with reusability at their core.
9. Continuous Improvement: Conduct cost analyses, execute project reviews, and enhance processes to optimize efficiency.
10. Sales Collaboration: Support the sales team by sharing insights on system functionality and project methodologies.
What You Bring to the Role
1. Experience: 5+ years as a client-facing Project Manager managing complex eCommerce or technical projects.
2. Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams, foster collaboration, and achieve business goals.
3. Project Expertise: Qualification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Prince) and experience handling multiple simultaneous projects.
4. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on relationship building.
5. Technical Proficiency: Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project Plan tools) and a strong technical aptitude.
6. Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate high-level strategies into actionable plans.
