The successful candidate will support our marketing initiatives across all mediums to enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive bookings and foot traffic to our hotel and associated properties.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation: Generate compelling and visually appealing content tailored for specific platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and our official website.
Focus content on promoting hotel accommodations, dining experiences, special events, and local attractions.Social Media Management: Execute daily management of our social media profiles.
Engage with our audience by responding to comments and messages.
Utilize scheduling tools to maintain a consistent presence online.Email Marketing: Assist in crafting and sending out promotional emails and newsletters.
Manage email lists and segment audiences to ensure targeted communication.Digital Advertising: Support the Online Manager in the creation and management of ad campaigns on Google Ads and social media platforms.
Track and report on the performance of these ads.Website Maintenance: Regularly update the hotel's website with fresh content, ensuring accuracy and SEO optimization.
Monitor the website's performance and user engagement.SEO: Implement SEO strategies to improve our visibility in search engine results.
Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and monitor SEO performance.PR: creating content and news for media requests and PR team.
Liaising with media/PR Team regarding stay/collaboration requests and analysing new opportunities for the hotel.
Updating media/PR database regularly.Analytics and Reporting: Collect and analyse data from various digital marketing campaigns and platforms.
Prepare detailed reports on website traffic, social media engagement, and the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.Collaborative Projects: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to develop and implement marketing strategies.
