As the United Kingdom Delivery Team enters its 4th year of working alongside the Peruvian Government in the delivery of over $5Bn of social and flood infrastructure, we are expanding. We are searching for a Senior Manager to support our Construction Operations team through this next exciting period of growth.
In the next year, we will be supporting our client to deliver a 5-fold increase in the volume of works compared to the previous year, with construction starting on 7 city drainage schemes, 17 river defence projects, and unique reforestation and early warning systems projects.

You’ll need to have:

Membership of MCIOB / MAPM / MRICS / MICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
Experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the infrastructure sector.
Developing commercial and financial acumen.
Experience leading parts of construction projects within large, diverse teams.
Experience of building relationships with key stakeholders.
Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
