Job Description
A highly experienced Change Management Lead is required to assist in the successful adoption of a Digital Transformation initiative across a large organisation.
This key role will focus on people, driving engagement and readiness for changes to business processes, technology, job roles and organisation structures.
Contract. Dublin based. City centre location. Hybrid working.
The Role:
1. The Programme of work includes the enablement of a new ERP system across the organisation.
2. The Change Management Lead is a critical position within the Programme focused on the system rollout.
3. Responsibilities include all change-related activities from impact assessment to end-user training and business adoption.
4. Create and implement change management strategies and plans to maximise employee adoption and minimise resistance to change.
5. Drive faster adoption, higher utilisation, and proficiency with the changes impacting employees.
6. Negotiate management levels to ensure the change is understood and supported by all people managers.
Experience:
* At least 5 years' experience in a Change Management role leading complex initiatives in a large-scale or multinational organisation.
* Major transformation programme experience is essential.
* Leading Change Management on procurement transformation projects is desirable.
Qualifications:
* Degree-level education.
* Certification in Change Management is preferred.
* Certification in Project Management is desirable.
