Description
- Partner with assigned vendor to achieve performance KPIs and sales targets.
- Manage and maintain relationships with assigned vendors, ensuring alignment with Apple’s operational goals and standards.
- Monitor and analyze vendor performance metrics, finding opportunities for improvement and implementing optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, legal, and product development, to ensure seamless vendor operations.
- Negotiate vendor agreements and terms under the guidance of senior team members, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Leverage internal and external data to provide insights and recommendations that enhance vendor performance and operational efficiency.
- Support the development and execution of processes to streamline vendor onboarding, compliance, and ongoing management.
- Ensure vendor operations adhere to industry regulations and Apple’s rigorous standards for quality and ethics.
- Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for vendor activities and performance.
Minimum Qualifications
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in vendor management, operations.
* Proven track record of successfully managing vendor relationships or operational processes to achieve measurable results.
* Solid understanding of vendor coordination, performance evaluation, and process optimization tactics.
