1. Customer Technology solutions, designing and delivering technical solutions.
2. Workshop Development and Facilitation.

4. Business Analysis and Presentation including requirements gathering, prioritisation and development of delivery plans.
5. Business Process Design and Optimisation including Lean & Process Improvement.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Technologist (Process/BA/Product Owner/Management) to join our Business Consulting – Customer Technology. You will collaborate with clients to scope, design, and implement customer technology/innovation solutions to drive optimal business decisions and outcomes.
Your key responsibilities
1. Participate in the full project lifecycle (waterfall, hybrid, agile) from initial research and business case development to project planning, execution and close-out.
2. Utilise your skills in technology, product management and agile implementation support.
3. Perform business analysis tasks such as requirements gathering, prioritisation, and data analysis.
4. Engage with senior client stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
5. Effectively analyse and define business and customer requirements through stakeholder engagements.
6. Work with developers, designers, business analysts, and testers to deliver customer-centred technology solutions.
7. Support the development and implementation of front office/customer-facing transformation projects.
8. Conduct business analysis and presentation activities.
9. Design and optimize business processes.
10. Leverage data to provide companies with fresh insights.

To qualify for the role, you must have
1. A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in customer experience at Senior Consultant Level, 6-7 years at Manager, consulting, or a related field.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to think critically and challenge existing processes.
4. Basic understanding of Lean, Six Sigma and Agile principles.
5. Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
6. Understanding of Martech, CRM platforms.
7. Understanding of digital and emerging technology.
8. Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
9. Product Owner/Scrum Master/Product Manager delivery experience.
