Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

You will be a key member of the executive team, leading the financial planning, management, and strategy of the organisation.
Your role will be instrumental in ensuring the company's financial health, supporting large-scale infrastructure projects, and driving growth in alignment with its mission to deliver innovative and sustainable energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the financial strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's corporate goals and growth initiatives.
* Capital Management: Oversee capital structure, balance sheet management, and long-term financial planning to support major renewable energy projects.
* Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling, delivering actionable insights to the CEO and Board.
* Investment Optimisation: Manage capital allocation to maximise value across current and future investment portfolios.
* Treasury Operations: Optimise funding strategies, manage investor relations, and oversee capital raising through debt, equity, and other financing mechanisms.
* Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure robust internal controls, compliance frameworks, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
* Collaborative IT Strategy: Partner with the Head of IT to implement innovative strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
Your Profile
* A proven track record in senior financial leadership, with 10+ years of experience in infrastructure, renewable energy, or related industries.
* A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or Economics are advantageous).
* Demonstrated success in capital raising, managing large-scale financial operations, and navigating complex regulatory environments.
* A deep understanding of renewable energy market dynamics, financing structures, and compliance requirements.
* Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
