We are seeking an experienced and skilled Bar & Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of a restaurant/bar in Kerry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth running of the establishment.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant/bar, including staff supervision and training.
* Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Monitor and control costs, including inventory management and staff scheduling.
* Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute events and functions.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role.
* 1-2 years of experience working in a country bar/restaurant environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
* A hands-on attitude and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of €32,000 - €35,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, meals will be included, and other benefits will be discussed during the interview stage.
