Corporate Receptionist – 12 Month Contract Role
A Market Leading Corporate Firm has a vacancy for a Receptionist with previous C-Suite experience. This is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. The role is situated on the Client Floor and provides a 5* service to all clients of the Firm. Liaising with IT, Catering, and Facilities, the successful candidate will work as part of a professional reception team to ensure everything runs smoothly. Candidates should be available to work shifts rotating weekly: 07.45-16:15, 9:00-17:30, and 10:00-18.30.
Salary: to €45k
Benefits: Pension, Healthcare, Bonus, Death in Services Benefit, Canteen, on-site Gym.
Overall Package: Circa €50k
The Role:
* Meeting and greeting clients.
* Answering a high volume of telephone calls.
* Managing internal meeting rooms and related catering.
* Booking taxis.
* Issuing Access/ID cards.
* Managing various administrative tasks.
