The Role
We need a Mid-Senior Designer to join our team in Dublin. Someone who can design across digital, branding, motion, and UI projects. Someone who’s hands-on and can bring ideas to life and make things look incredible.
You’ll work closely with our team in London, helping to keep things consistent and bringing fresh ideas into the mix while collaborating across departments.
What You’ll Do At Studio East
* Design for branding, motion graphics, UI/UX, and digital products
* Create user-friendly UI components using Figma
* Work on brand identity projects keeping things fresh and consistent
* Develop motion graphics and animations
* Leverage AI-driven tools to streamline and optimise processes
* Support UI improvements for websites and products
* Collaborate with strategy, copywriting, development, and marketing teams to ensure designs meet the mark while maintaining high standards and sharp details
What We Expect From You
* 5+ years of experience in a design role, ideally with agency experience
* A portfolio showing branding, digital, motion, and UI work
* Strong skills in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects (or similar), and InDesign
* A good eye for typography, colour, and layout
* Practical motion design skills for engaging animations and digital content
* Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to tell stories visually
* Experience in web, mobile, and interactive design
* Great communication and collaboration skills
* Experience with Framer
* Knowledge of Lottie for motion design
* Understanding of 3D design (not practical ability)
* Experience working with marketing teams to build strong campaigns
* Familiarity with AI-driven tools like GPT and Dall-e
* Background in start-ups or fast-moving creative teams
