JOB TITLE: Administrative Assistant

PAY: $17/hr

SUMMARY: We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to complete accurate and thorough entries into our Maintenance program to keep accurate inventory counts and maintain work-orders.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Organize received data and source documents while reviewing grammar, spelling, and style.
* Interface with appropriate staff to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data.
* Enter data in alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic form into the computer following established guidelines and procedures.
* Proof data entered against source documents; make necessary corrections.
* Organize and record work completed.
* Maintain an internal audit trail for data conversion.
* Assist with troubleshooting error reports on a regular basis; make corrections as needed.
* Follow established guidelines or staff requirements to appropriately handle source documents; file, distribute, or return source documents after data has been entered.
* Respond to staff members' inquiries regarding data entered on source documents.
* Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Advanced knowledge of Excel.
* Familiarity with inventory/maintenance software & data management.
* Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
* Commitment to high standards & communication.
* Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
