Role Purpose
As an Outsourcing Governance Specialist you’ll work with the Head of Outsourcing Oversight, overseeing third-party management activity for the European business. The team is responsible for monitoring the development and implementation of the outsourcing and third-party management framework, ensuring it reflects the Central Bank of Ireland's Guidelines on Outsourcing and related regulatory requirements.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Work with the Outsource Oversight team to maintain and develop the outsourcing framework.
Develop and produce regular reports for relevant Committees and Board. To include KPI heat maps, performance ratings, due diligence trackers and any issues arising and KRIs
Maintain the Outsourcing Register and ensure information is accurate and up to date
Review emerging legislation and regulatory updates and assess against current practice to identify gaps and areas for improvement
Identify material risks and ensure the risk management system is updated appropriately
Provide regular training and support for Relationship Managers
Lead assurance reviews and communicate findings
Maintain accurate and up to date information on third party providers
Provide support for the functional owners when going through the procurement process.
