Project Management Responsibilities
The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of a customer project from initiation to completion.
* Initiate, plan, execute, control and close the project.
* Develop comprehensive project plans that incorporate customer requirements and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
* Manage project progress, provide regular updates and identify problems for resolution.
Main Point of Contact
The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
* Provide status updates and take ownership of critical issues.
* Manage customer UAT sessions and support business change processes.
Integrations
The Project Manager will collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement integrations with third-party systems.
* Understand existing integrations and participate in solution design.
* Work with architecture and development teams to implement required integrations.
Requirements and Skills
To succeed in this role, you will require strong technical skills and a collaborative mindset.
* A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
* Strong knowledge of MS SQL, JIRA and Development Lifecycles is preferred.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
